For 30 years, the Moses Bay Hotel has been welcoming windsurfers. And now also wingfoilers, kiters and surfers from all over the world.
Our hotel has a long history and a difficult fate.
It was the only tourist hotel in the city of Eltur. For a long time it was owned by Hassan, but he sold it and after a long adventure the hotel became the property of the city municipality. A temporary manager was appointed for the hotel. Municipal management, that's not a good idea. But our Dacha station is on the hotel's property and therefore we are part of it.
This preamble is so that you don't expect any services from the hotel. At the hotel, our guests only rest and sleep. All other activity takes place at the station.
To have a rest after skiing, the owner of the station Maxim and his wife Masha, will put your room in order. They will provide you with good and clean bed linen, towels and other usual small things.
The rooms have a bathroom with a shower and hot water, there is a refrigerator and a TV. And there is no restaurant in the hotel. The catering of guests is engaged in the station. Here they cook European and Asian cuisine. You can ask for something special or cook yourself at the station.
Usually guests get breakfast, lunch and dinner. But for some people, breakfast and dinner are enough.
Alternatively, you can go into town where there are several Egyptian restaurants. Or go there by cab.
A cab can be called by Maxim or Masha and the car will be served right to the station.
Transfer from Sharm El Sheikh airport or from Cairo and back, you also order from Maxim.
Also, alcohol is not sold in the city. If you have a desire, you can order from Sharm El Sheikh, but the choice is short.
